Today we want to share with you one of our latest completed projects – the construction of a sturdy and modern fencing system in the picturesque village of Hrabrovo, Dobrich region.
The Challenge: A Durable Solution for Property Separation
Our client approached us with a desire to replace the old, worn-out netting that separated his yard from the neighbors’ with a more secure, durable, and aesthetically pleasing solution. The main requirement was to create a solid fence that would provide privacy and withstand the weather conditions in the region.
To achieve maximum strength and a long service life, we relied on a proven combination of a reinforced concrete base and metal panels. Here is how the process went:
Site preparation and excavation: Our team started by clearing the old netting and tracing the exact boundary. We made the necessary excavations, taking into account the terrain’s slope (which is clearly visible in the workflow photos).
Concrete work: We excavated a 40 cm foundation base and a stable reinforced concrete plinth (skirting) with reinforcement. The concrete was poured precisely to serve as a solid base for both the posts and the metal panels themselves.
Installation of fence posts: The metal posts were anchored and leveled in the concrete base, ensuring a perfectly straight line for the entire structure.
Installation of metal panels: Finally, we installed modern, factory-painted metal fence panels. This type of fencing is extremely popular due to its strength, easy maintenance, and contemporary design.
The final realization shows a strong, stable, and visually attractive fence that completely changes the look of the yard space. It provides the necessary barrier between adjacent properties while looking light and not overwhelming the landscape.
