When a client owns more than one property in a given complex, trust in the construction company is of key importance. In this project, the owner of two apartments commissioned us for their complete refreshment and modernization to prepare them for the upcoming season. The goal was to make the spaces brighter, cozier, and easier to maintain without making unnecessary structural changes.
The BalchikBuild team performed the full range of necessary finishing works, transforming the premises step by step.
What did the project involve?
The activities covered all main rooms – living rooms, bedrooms, corridors, and terraces. Here is how the process went:
1. Preparation and demolition
We started with the most labor-intensive part, especially in the corridors, where we chipped away the existing old tiles, then removed and disposed of all construction waste. This provided us with a clean base for the following stages.
2. Flawless walls and ceilings
The dark and worn-out walls were completely refreshed. We made the necessary corrections to the walls in the living rooms and bedrooms, after which we moved on to deep-penetrating priming of all ceilings and walls. The final touch was double painting in light, clean tones, which visually expanded the spaces and brought in a lot of light.
3. New flooring: Coziness with laminate
After the walls dried, we moved on to laying the insulation underlay and installing new laminate flooring in all rooms and corridors. We finished the flooring with a precise installation of baseboards, which give the rooms an elegant and finished look.
4. Attention to detail: The terraces
We didn’t miss the outdoor spaces either. To prevent future moisture problems and refresh the appearance, we regrouted the existing joints on the terraces.
The result: Ready to move in
The final result is two bright, modern, and fully refreshed apartments, ready to welcome their residents. Thanks to good organization, our team managed to complete all activities with quality and on time.
